(Makes 4 dozen 2 ounce cookies)
INGREDIENTS:
Butter- 1 cup
Margarine- 1 1/2 cups
Sugar- 1 1/2 cups
Brown Sugar- 1 1/2 cups
Honey- 2 T
Eggs- 4
Vanilla- 2 tsp
Baking Soda- 2 tsp
Salt- 2 tsp
Flour- 6 cups
Chocolate Chips- 4 cups
DIRECTIONS:
Cream Butter, Sugar, and Honey together
Add Eggs & Vanilla
Mix dry ingredients together in separate bowl
Add dry ingredients mixture into mixer
Add Chocolate Chips & mix well
Bake at 325 for 12-15 minutes
Baking Tip: USE PARCHMENT PAPER TO BAKE COOKIES ON! Lining your baking pan with parchment paper will act as an insulator between the hot pan and your cookies, which will help keep them from spreading out more than you want them to. The bottom of cookies will be smoother & evenly baked, and best of all, the cookies will not slide easily off the baking tray.
