Our bakers learn and carry out all of our signature Coffee Pot recipes, including pastries, dessert bars, cookies, pies, and savory items such as burrito filling, soups, gravy, and more. Shifts rotate between the early morning (4:30am) and daytime baking shifts (9am), and all bakers are on the Saturday rotation (so no one person is stuck working every Saturday).

Our team of Cafe Associates focus on taking care of our customers at the front till, making/plating food, making barista drinks, running/bussing, and all rotate through dishes, cleaning, and side tasks. It is a collaborative team atmosphere and is set up to be conducive to a great work-life balance (7 hour shifts, the lastest of which ends around 3pm). Our bakery assistant role is exclusively an early morning position (4:30am start time), and covers many bakery basics such as baking off fresh items for the day, and making foundational recipes such as gravy, burrito filling, pie base, etc. This role also includes side tasks such as wrapping burritos, cutting dessert bars, cleaning and more.
