WASABI TARTAR SAUCE

The Coffee Pot Bakery Cafe is launching a new brand new menu in June, with many of your usual favorites, along with outstanding new additions. One addition to our sandwich menu is the Grilled Turkey Melt (served with Wasabi Tartar Sauce). Believe us when we tell you this Wasabi Tartar sauce is a mind blowing contemporary twist on tartar sauce. Enjoy with more than just seafood! 

Ingredients:
3 Tbsp. Wasabi Powder (Don’t use paste!)
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 cup Sour Cream
1/2 cup Dijon Mustard (with Mustard S  eeds)
  2 Tbsp. Hot Pepper Sauce
1/4 cup Green Onion
1/4 cup Kosher Dill Pickles, chopped (good ones!)
Salt & Pepper (to taste)

Directions:
Blend all smooth ingredients together in a bowl. Add chopped pickles and onion. Season to taste. Cover and refrigerate. (Alternate preparation method: Add ingredients to food processor and pulse until onions and pickles are finely chopped.)
