Spinach Artichoke Dip

16 oz. Cream Cheese
1 clove diced Garlic 
1 cup chopped Frozen Spinach
1 can (or jar) Artichokes
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Pepper
1 cup fresh Parmesan Cheese

Directions: 
Blend well. Bake in an oven safe dish for 40 minutes at 325°. Serve with your favorite pita chips or crackers.
