Rocky Road Fudge Bars

Bars:
2 cups melted Butter
1/2 cup melted Margarine
6 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
6 cups Sugar
6 cups Flour
1 Tbsp Salt
18 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
6 tsp Vanilla

Cream Butter, Margarine, Vegetable Oil, & Sugar together. Add Vanilla. Add dry ingredients. 

Filling:
24 oz Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Flour
4 Eggs
2 cups Sugar
2 cups Softened Butter
2 tsp Vanilla
3 cups Chocolate Chips
8 cups Mini-Marshmallows

Cream Butter, Cream Cheese, & Sugar together. Add flour. Add Eggs & Vanilla. Stir in Chocolate Chips. 

Directions:
Pour Bar Batter into 2 large pans. Spread/layer warm filling over batter. DO NOT MIX!

Bake at 300º for approximately 35-40 minutes. Sprinkle Mini-Marshmallows on top and bake for 2 minutes. 

Frosting:
1 cup Butter
1 cup Milk
8 oz Cream Cheese
12 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
4 tsp Vanilla

Melt Butter. Add Milk & Cream Cheese. Stir in Cocoa Powder, Powdered Sugar, & Vanilla. Melt Cream Cheese, Butter, & Margarine. Stir Often.
