Dad's Hearty Cheddar Meatloaf

5 lbs Hamburger
5 Eggs
2 1/2 cups Milk
5 cups (1 1/4 lbs) Shredded Cheddar Cheese 
2 1/2 cups Oats
2 1/2 cups Chopped Onion
2 tsp Garlic
5 tsp Salt
2 1/2 cups Bread Crumbs
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
2 tsp Pepper

Secret Sauce:
3 1/2 cups Ketchup
2 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
5 tsp Yellow Mustard 

Mix all ingredients together and set aside for baking. 
(See directions.) 

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.  (325º Convection) Mix all meatloaf ingredients together and shape into 2 loaves.  Bake in lightly greased loaf pans   until very brown & crispy.  Pour Secret Sauce over the top 1/2 way through baking.
