​CRANBERRY PECAN PIE

Makes: 1 Pie

4 Eggs
1 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
2 Tablespoons Flour
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1 ¼ Cups Corn Syrup
5 Tablespoons Butter
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 ½ Cups Chopped Pecans
1 ½ Whole Fresh Cranberries
 
Combine eggs, sugar, flour, salt, corn syrup, butter, vanilla, and mix well. Add pecans and cranberries. Pour into baked pie shell and bake at 250 degree oven for about one hour or until almost set.
