Ingredients:
3 ½ cups Butter - melted
7 ½ cups Sugar
15 Eggs - room temp.
4 cups Flour
2 ½ cups Cocoa Powder
2 ½ tsp. Baking Powder
2 ½ tsp. Salt
7 ½ Tbsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp. Cinnamon
Directions:
Cream melted butter & sugar until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, just until mixed in well. Add vanilla.
Sift flour, salt, baking powder, & cocoa together. Add sifted ingredients to butter mixture, and mix only until completely incorporated. Over-mixing will cause brownies to become tough. Use a spatula to bring egg mixture from the bottom, and mix well. Spread in greased 11” X 14” pan with high sides.
Bake in regular preheated 450º oven for 40-50 minutes. (If using a convection oven, bake at 275º).
Recipe yields 20 large brownies. *For smaller batches, adjust this recipe accordingly.
